Patients who are registered with a GP practice within the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) area can self-refer using the link below or alternatively speak to their GP for a referral. If you are unsure if your practice is within our referral area, please follow the link to our self-referral form for a list of eligible practices. All Armed Forces personnel registered with a practice within England can refer using the below link. |

Our private vasectomy service is available to patients from any location and any GP practice. You can self-refer directly without needing a GP referral.
